This Giving Day initiative offers you a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact and celebrate the enduring spirit of the iconic campus squirrels in a meaningful way.
With their distinctive bushy tails, the beloved campus squirrels are always busy living their best lives. Whether it's darting to and fro in front of Starship food delivery robots, scavenging for acorns under the trees in Butler Plaza or, every once in a while, enjoying a bite of bagel from Einstein Brothers, they always bring a smile to students passing by. For the first time ever, you now have the opportunity to name one of our furry campus friends!
Make a gift of $19.27 or more to the Fund for UH on Giving Day, and you will receive a digital certificate with your squirrel's new special name! Your certificate will be suitable for printing, framing and/or gifting. Your certificate will be delivered no later than 2 weeks after Giving Day.
We want you to be creative and have fun with this symbolic naming opportunity.
You can name your squirrel after yourself, your friends, your family or about anything you choose. This is your chance to add your personal touch to our university's history!
