Be a Groundbreaker

Every year, we ask our University of Houston family to come together to contribute to the Fund for UH. This fund runs from September 1 to August 31 and provides the vital, unrestricted dollars necessary to meet some of the University’s greatest needs.

Unrestricted = immediate. Your gift help students in real time.

These needs include programs such as:

tuition assistance and scholarships for our students
enhanced technology and building upgrades to improve the learning experience
time-sensitive aid for areas like the Cougar Emergency Fund during the height of the pandemic

All community members -- including parents, alumni, faculty, staff, friends and fans -- are asked to contribute. Whether you decide to give to the Fund for UH, or another area of the University, know you are a groundbreaker.
